From showcasing 'World Class York' to helping you take the practical steps to start your business with a bang, we will help you take your buisness to the next level. As well as our own core events we have partnered with some of the city's brightest businesses and support organsiations to bring you a series of insightful and inspirational hosted events.

York Business Week conference is returning to launch York Business Week 2018 with a bang! Join us as we showcase 'World Class York'. An array of top-class speakers will inspire, engage and share their experiences and successes.

Retail is undergoing some seismic changes. Join us for a special event hosted by the York Business Improvement District as we look at the future of our highstreet. Bill Grimsey author of the influential Grimsey Review will share his views on the dramatic structural changes affecting the retail sector, from changing consumer behaviour driven by technology, to an archaic business rates system, and he will share his blueprint for change.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. This event will explore the development of technology that will inspire people and business leaders to change their game and look to the future. In particular the speakers will explore how technology, creativity and innovation can intermingle with history and heritage and how immersive technology can transform the interaction and understanding of the world around us.
